How to unwrap ADS coin to the native chain?

ADS coin is the native cryptocurrency of the Adshares network which is utilized to facilitate various transactions and activities within the Adshares ecosystem. In order to unwrap ADS coin to the native chain, you should follow the steps below:

Step 1: Import ADS token to Metamask wallet 

  1. Go to the adshares.net page;

  1. Click on the button Explore and choose ADS Coin (you will be redirected to the coin page);

  1. Choose and copy the contract you want to add;

  1. Paste it into your Metamask wallet in the tab Add custom token;

  1. Done, you imported ADS token to your Metamask wallet.

Step 2: Unwrap ADS coin from ERC20 to the native chain*

  1. Go to wallet.adshares.net;

  1. Click on the button Connect Metamask;

  1. Copy the address of the native chain (ADS Wallet);

  1. Paste this address in the Recipient field;

  1. Type the amount of ADS coins (For lower transaction fees, we suggest you not to send the maximum balance);

  1. Click on Unwrap with Metamask;

  1. Confirm transaction on your Metamask;

  1. Done, the unwrapped ADS coins will appear on the native chain within 1-5 minutes.

*The process looks the same for ERC20 and BEP20 contracts
